Steve has a diverse carrier starting as a Chartered Accountant with PwC and EY. He spent 20 years in Canada and returned to Australia to work with multinational and multidivisional Public Companies. Steve then became CEO of a successful multinational IT Group. Steve then utilised his international experience and business contacts to help assist local business grow, expand, and become successful.
In the 1980s and ’90s, Steve worked for several public and private companies in various senior roles, including CEO of an Australian group and Asia Pacific Managing Director for a US NYSE company.
In 1999, Steve founded Crossfield Intech, an investment company that identified suitable business opportunities to invest in or to joint venture. Crossfield also provided advice and assistance in business planning, strategy, and corporate reorganization. In 2003, became a co-founding Principal of Sydney Capital Partners. Steve continues his corporate advisory role and has been involved in numerous significant capital formation projects, IPO’s, strategic business re-engineering and business migrations to the US.
